How we write, check, and update what we publish — so you know what to trust.

By the Tripdocks team · Last updated

Guides, documentation and blog posts on tripdocks.com are written by the Tripdocks team — the people who build and support the product. This page explains the standards we hold that content to.

Product claims are checked against the docs

Anything we say Tripdocks does is checked against the product documentation. If a feature is on the roadmap rather than shipped, we say so. We don't publish invented customer numbers, ratings, or prices.

Industry guidance is practical and sourced

Our guides aim to be useful whether or not you use Tripdocks. Where we quote a figure or a rule from someone else — a platform policy, a market estimate, a tax rate — we link to the source. Tax and legal topics are general information, not professional advice; check them with a qualified adviser for your situation.

Every page carries a date

Each guide shows when it was last updated. We review guides regularly and update them when the product, a platform rule, or the market changes.

Comparisons are about approaches, not competitors

We compare ways of working — spreadsheets, generic CRMs, travel CRMs — rather than publishing pages about named competitors.

Corrections

If you spot something wrong or out of date, email [email protected] or reach us through support. We fix confirmed errors and update the page's date.
