Tripdocks provides a comprehensive travel management platform including but not limited to itinerary building, lead management, and operations tools. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" basis.

User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely through our payment providers
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice

Data Privacy and Security

  • We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
  • Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • You retain all rights to your data
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Tripdocks's services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Tripdocks and protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Tripdocks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
