Facebook & Instagram lead ads integration

Tripdocks connects directly to Meta lead ads. When someone submits a lead form on one of your subscribed Facebook Pages — including forms shown on Instagram — Tripdocks fetches the lead's details from Meta and adds it to your lead queue within seconds, with the source set to Meta.

How it works

1. Create (or reuse) a Business-type app in your Meta Developer account and enter its App ID and App Secret in Tripdocks.
2. Add the webhook callback URL and verify token Tripdocks gives you to the app's Page webhook, and subscribe to the leadgen field.
3. Allow app.tripdocks.com in Facebook Login settings, switch the app to Live mode, and connect with Facebook.
4. Toggle on the Pages whose lead forms you want to capture, then test with Meta's Lead Ads Testing Tool.

What you need

• Admin access to a Meta Developer account and permission to create an app.
• Admin access to the Facebook Pages that run your lead forms.
• About 20 minutes to follow the setup guide.

What your team gets

• Name, email and phone from each form submission, in your lead queue with the source set to Meta.
• Duplicate notifications from Meta retries are detected and discarded.
• Per-Page control: enable or disable lead capture for each Page at any time.
• A full log of incoming leads, including errors and duplicates.
