Google Ads leads into Tripdocks
Every enquiry from your Google Ads landing pages, in your lead queue — with the click and campaign that brought it.
Tripdocks receives leads from Google Ads landing pages through webhooks: your landing-page form sends each submission as an HTTP POST to a Tripdocks webhook URL. Map the fields once, and each enquiry lands in your queue with its gclid and UTM parameters stored, so you can see which campaign produced which lead.
How it works
- In Tripdocks, go to Settings → Integrations → Webhooks and add a webhook, for example "Google Ads landing page".
- Map your form fields to lead properties: name, email and phone, plus travel details such as arrival date, nights, and adult and child counts.
- Save to get your unique webhook URL, and point your landing-page form (or form tool) at it.
- Include gclid and UTM parameters in the payload, and Tripdocks stores them on the lead automatically.
What you need
- A landing page or form tool that can send an HTTP POST (JSON, form-encoded, or multipart).
- The field names your form sends, for the one-time mapping.
What your team gets
- Leads with utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid, fbclid and msclkid captured when present.
- Travel fields parsed into proper types: arrival and departure dates, tour nights, adult and child counts.
- Extra form fields such as destination or budget stored under the lead's Form Data.
- A 5-minute duplicate window, so double-submits don't create double leads.
Step-by-step instructions are in the Webhooks guide. Leads from every connected channel land in the same queue — see lead management.

Frequently asked questions
- Does Tripdocks record which ad a lead came from?
- Yes, when your form sends it. Tripdocks automatically stores UTM parameters and click IDs (gclid, fbclid, msclkid) found in the webhook payload.
- What happens if someone submits the form twice?
- If the same email or phone arrives on the same webhook within 5 minutes, it's logged as a duplicate and no second lead is created. Your form still gets a success response.
